So I'm back after a very very long time. The reason I'm back is because I want to try and stay motivated. There isn't anything big enough to motivate me to stay dedicated for a long period of time... I hope I find something soon! I really would like to be toned, but... I have no big motivation to get there.
Anyways, yesterday I ended up running for about 4 miles. I didn't worry too much about the time, because it was my first time running in what seems like a while. I didn't do too shabby, but it definitely wasn't the best I've ever done.
Today I went for a 3 mile hike at the base of the San Gabriel mountains. It was a lovely afternoon for a walk, and that's exactly what this trail provides. It isn't strenuous, but it got me outside for a bit. In the evening I went "cycling" (it's in quotes because it was indoors) for about half an hour, which got me 10 miles. I came home and did a total body pilates workout. Boy was it difficult! But not as difficult as I thought it would be, which is good?
Hopefully I can continue to work out almost every day now.. we'll see!
